Biography - Yvonne Kozlina

I've been drawing longer than I can remember. I did my first comissioned art in high school. Instead of going to college with my friends, I enrolled in the Ivy School of Art in Pittsburgh, Pa. where I received most of my formal art training. After graduation from Ivy, I travelled the United States exhibiting and selling my work. Later, I settled down in Pittburgh and spent my time teaching, illustrating, drawing and taking classes. I studied oil painting and pastels with portrait artist Daniel Green in New York City. For the past fifteen years I have dedicated nearly all of my time to creating portraits.
